Welcome to Bellipo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bellipo Terminal platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Bellipo, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, subscribing to Bellipo Terminal, or using our website at bellipo.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Bellipo operates Bellipo Terminal, an IPO command center. Our Services include:

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, and tier structure. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance for active subscribers.
To access Bellipo Terminal, you must create an account using a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Terminal Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Founding members: The first 100 members receive one year of Pro at no charge. No card is required and no charge is raised at the end of that year. When the free year expires the account moves to Free automatically, and stays there unless the member chooses to start a Pro subscription at the rate published at that time. Pro pricing is not fixed for the future.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@bellipo.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Bellipo does not provide financial, investment, legal, or trading advice. Bellipo is not a registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, a broker-dealer under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, or a financial planner under any federal, state, or international regulatory body.
All information provided through Bellipo Terminal — including but not limited to BDI Preview scores, lifecycle stage classifications, AI S-1 summaries, pipeline data, aftermarket performance data, and alerts — is for informational purposes only.
Specifically regarding the BDI Preview score:
You should not rely on any Bellipo data as the sole basis for any investment decision. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor. Investing in IPOs involves significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment.
All content, features, functionality, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Bellipo — including but not limited to:
— are owned by Bellipo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our proprietary technology without prior written consent.
By posting comments, discussions, or other content on Bellipo Terminal, you grant Bellipo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services. You are solely responsible for the content you post and agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, misleading, or constitutes investment advice or securities recommendations. Bellipo reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, including BDI scores, AI S-1 summaries, lifecycle stage classifications, and IPO alerts. Market data may be delayed, contain errors, or be incomplete. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or hallucinations. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bellipo, its founders, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, trading losses, missed investment opportunities, or losses arising from reliance on BDI scores or AI summaries — whether arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bellipo, its founders, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party — including any claim that your use of BDI data, AI summaries, or other Bellipo information as the basis for investment decisions caused financial harm.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the platform, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@bellipo.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
