Bellipo, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Bellipo Terminal and our website at bellipo.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use Bellipo Terminal:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create a Bellipo Terminal account.
• Subscription & Billing Data: Payment method details processed through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage Data: How you interact with Bellipo Terminal — pages visited, IPOs viewed, watchlist activity, alert preferences, BDI scores viewed, AI S-1 summaries accessed, community posts, and session duration.
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, approximate geographic location (derived from IP), and referral source.
• Communication Data: Emails you send us, support requests, and feedback submissions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain Bellipo Terminal and all its features
• Send you IPO lifecycle alerts, watchlist notifications, and account updates via email and push
• Process subscriptions and manage billing for Terminal Pro
• Generate and improve BDI Preview scores (aggregated, anonymized usage data may contribute to the Retail Buzz pillar of BDI scoring)
• Improve AI S-1 summary quality through anonymized usage analytics
• Communicate with you about your account, feature updates, and promotional offers
• Analyze usage trends to improve the platform
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Comply with legal obligations

3. BDI Data & Aggregated Analytics

The BDI Preview score's Retail Buzz pillar may incorporate aggregated, anonymized signals derived from platform-wide user activity (e.g., how many users are watching a particular IPO, community engagement volume). This data is never individually identifiable — it is statistical in nature. We do not sell individual user behavior data. We do not share individual watchlist contents, alert preferences, or browsing patterns with third parties. Aggregated, non-identifiable market intelligence data (such as overall platform engagement trends) may be used in future data products, but never in a way that identifies individual users.

4. AI-Processed Data

AI S-1 summaries are generated by processing publicly available SEC filings through AI language models. Your individual usage of AI summaries (which filings you read, how long you spend) is collected as usage analytics to improve the service. The content of AI summaries is derived from public documents and does not contain your personal information. We do not use your personal data to train AI models.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Trusted third-party companies that assist us in operating our platform — including cloud hosting (Supabase/AWS), email delivery (SendGrid), payment processing (Stripe), market data providers (Polygon.io), and analytics services (Google Analytics).
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• Safety & Enforcement: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Bellipo, our users, or the public.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance). Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and BDI scoring purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications (transactional emails like alerts cannot be opted out while using the service)
• Request that we stop processing your data for certain purposes
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use the following cookies and tracking technologies:

• Google Analytics (GA4): Anonymized data including pages visited, session duration, device type, browser, approximate location, and referral source. GA4 uses cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish unique users. Processed by Google LLC under their Privacy Policy.
• Essential Storage: Browser localStorage for session management, authentication tokens, and user preferences. These are not tracking cookies.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident under the CCPA:

• Right to Know: Request what personal information we have collected.
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information.
