The Bellipo Demand Index Preview ("BDI Preview") is a four-pillar informational demand gauge that produces a numerical score (0–100) across four tiers (ELEVATED, ACTIVE, SUBDUED, THIN) for IPOs tracked on the platform. BDI Preview is NOT: • An investment recommendation or "buy/sell" signal • A credit rating, securities rating, or regulated financial product • A prediction of IPO performance, price movement, or returns • A substitute for professional financial advice or independent research BDI Preview scores are generated using publicly available data and proprietary methodology. The methodology may contain errors, biases, or limitations. Scores may change without notice as new data becomes available. A high BDI score does not mean an IPO will perform well. A low BDI score does not mean an IPO will perform poorly. Past BDI scores have no predictive value for future performance. BDI Preview is analogous to informational indices (such as consumer confidence surveys or market sentiment gauges) — it is a structured data point, not advice. Bellipo expressly disclaims any liability arising from investment decisions made in reliance on BDI scores.
AI S-1 summaries available on Bellipo Terminal are generated by artificial intelligence language models processing publicly available SEC filings. These summaries are provided for informational convenience only. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, misinterpretations, or "hallucinations" — factual-sounding statements that are incorrect. AI summaries do not capture every material risk, financial detail, or legal nuance in the original filing. You should always read the original S-1 filing on SEC EDGAR before making any investment decision. Bellipo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
Bellipo does not execute trades, hold customer funds, custody securities, or facilitate the purchase or sale of any financial instrument. We do not accept, transmit, or route orders. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bellipo, its founders, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of or reliance on any information, BDI score, AI summary, alert, data, or content provided by the platform — including but not limited to trading losses, missed investment opportunities, delayed alerts, inaccurate data, or AI summary errors. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Bellipo operates as an information services and technology provider. We are not subject to SEC registration as an investment adviser because we do not provide individualized investment advice — our data, scores, and tools are available to all users uniformly and do not take into account any individual user's financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.
